Subscription & Billing

CoqiLabs LLC may offer monthly and annual Premium membership plans under the CoqiLabs brand. Pricing is displayed before checkout, and payment is completed through Stripe Checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. Annual plans renew yearly; monthly plans renew monthly.

Members can manage or cancel subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal. Canceling prevents future renewal, but access may continue through the paid period depending on Stripe and plan settings.

Payment-method updates are handled securely by Stripe. CoqiLabs LLC does not store full card numbers.

Refund requests are reviewed by CoqiLabs LLC case by case. Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins.

The Stripe Customer Portal lets Premium members manage subscriptions, update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel plans in a secure Stripe-hosted environment.
