CoqiLabs LLC operates the CoqiLabs platform and is responsible for the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected
- Account information, such as email address, display name, avatar URL, and membership status.
- Authentication information needed to sign in and keep your session secure.
- Subscription and billing identifiers, such as Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
- Product usage information, such as pages viewed, feature interactions, and general device/browser context.
- Watchlist and personalization data you choose to create inside CoqiLabs.
Authentication
CoqiLabs LLC uses Supabase to support authentication and account sessions. Supabase may process information required to create accounts, verify emails, manage sessions, and protect access.
Subscriptions and Stripe
CoqiLabs LLC uses Stripe for subscription checkout, customer billing, payment-method management, invoices, and cancellations. CoqiLabs does not store full payment-card numbers.
Stripe may process payment and billing information according to Stripe's own privacy and security practices.
Analytics
CoqiLabs LLC may use analytics tools to understand product usage, improve reliability, and prioritize development. Analytics are used to improve the platform, not to sell personal financial data.
Data Retention
